FAQ

Is CARE 4 U medical care or telehealth?

No. CARE 4 U provides non-medical tele-care and companionship. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Our role is to support daily routines, emotional well-being, and consistent check-ins.

Your loved one is supported by a trained, compassionate caregiver — not a robot or automated system. Whenever possible, the same caregiver handles the calls so a real relationship can form over time.

That depends on the plan you choose. We offer one, two, or three daily check-ins, spaced throughout the day to provide reassurance, reminders, and friendly conversation.

Calls are relaxed and human. Caregivers may:

  • Check how your loved one is feeling

  • Offer medication or routine reminders

  • Share friendly conversation

  • Notice changes in mood or behavior

Nothing feels rushed or scripted.

If a caregiver notices something unusual — confusion, missed routines, emotional distress — we notify the family based on the plan you selected. CARE 4 U acts as an extra set of caring eyes and ears.

Not at all. CARE 4 U is designed to support independence, not replace it. Calls are gentle, respectful, and meant to fit naturally into your loved one’s daily life.

No. CARE 4 U is a layer of support, not a replacement. Many families use our service alongside in-home care or when family members can’t always check in themselves.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
